Dr. Brooks graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987 and has practiced veterinary medicine in New Hampshire for over 25 years. She particularly enjoys geriatric medicine, making life better for older cats and dogs.
With their two rescue cats, Gracie and Pod, Dr. Brooks and her husband live in Mont Vernon. Their two children are grown so she stays busy “as a bee” with bee-keeping and raising sheep. Dr. Brooks also serves on the town’s conservation committee and enjoys ice skating as well as hiking in the White Mountains.
